S1

Data analysis, integration, and modelling

Project Summary

S1 provides the CRC with standardized and established workflows for the analysis of next generation sequencing in tumor samples and study populations as well as the generation and analysis of proteomics data. Alongside to the bio-informatic analysis and integration of various data types, other key areas are the statistical and integrative analysis of multi-omics data with a focus on patient samples (Börries) and large cohort studies (Köttgen), as well as spatial and functional proteome analyses of human and animal tissue samples (Schell). S1 will use diverse high-dimensional data for the quantitative assessment of immune escape mechanisms.
