S2

Preclinical Imaging and NMR Spectroscopy

Project Summary

The S02 project provides multimodal, preclinical in vivo imaging (MRI, CT, BLI/FLI, US) and NMR spectroscopy solutions and develops novel imaging methods tailored to OncoEscape project’s needs. Aim 1 offers expert consultation for selecting imaging modalities and facilitates strategic planning of experiments. Aim 2 includes optimizing immune cell tracking using SPIO and 19F-MRI, and Aim 3 is dedicated to advancing hyperpolarization MRI and NMR for metabolic imaging. Collaborations enable longitudinal monitoring of tumor progression and metabolic alterations to improve understanding of immune escape mechanisms.
