At the PhD and postdoctoral level female scientist can apply for the Kite-Mentoring Program of the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. The programme is based on three pillars: mentoring, training and networking. The Kite fellows benefit from a personal mentoring. In addition, a variety of soft skill courses is available for all female biology and medicine PhD students of the University of Freiburg.
