Dr. Lukas Braun (AG Zeiser) was awarded the prestigious Vincenz-Czerny-Preis by the German Society of Hematology and Medical Oncology (DGHO e.V.). The Vincenz-Czerny-Preis recognizes outstanding scientific and clinical contributions in the field of oncology. Dr. Braun received the award for his work entitled “Adiponectin reduces immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced inflammation without blocking anti-tumor immunity” (Braun LM et al., Cancer Cell, 2025). The award ceremony took place at the annual meeting of the DGHO in Cologne.
