Prof. Dr. Robert Zeiser, speaker of CRC 1479, has been awarded the Landesforschungspreis Baden-Württemberg für Angewandte Forschung for his pioneering work in cancer immunotherapy research. His innovative research on immunotherapy and its side effects has significantly improved treatment strategies for patients with different types of cancer and by translating findings from basic immunology to clinical application.
The CRC 1479 congratulates Prof. Zeiser on this prestigious distinction and is proud that his groundbreaking contributions to cancer research are being recognized by this award.
